2019

First Movement Screening Lab

Started with a force plate, a timing gate system, and a small studio. The goal was simple: give local coaches objective numbers on how athletes move, not just how fast they run.

2021

Speed Development Program Launch

Partnered with a regional sprint club to build a 12-week protocol. The focus was on stride mechanics and force application, using video analysis to guide every training block.

2022

Team Screening Framework

Developed a repeatable screening battery for a collegiate soccer team. The framework now covers mobility, stability, and asymmetry, giving coaches a clear picture of injury risk before the season starts.

2023

Agility Metrics for Court Sports

Expanded testing into basketball with the 5-0-5 and modified T-test protocols. Timing gates captured deceleration and re-acceleration data, leading to position-specific drill designs.

2024

Recovery Monitoring Integration

Added heart rate variability tracking and subjective wellness questionnaires to the testing suite. The data now informs weekly training loads and recovery strategies for individual athletes.

Public Performance Testing Days

Opened quarterly testing sessions to the broader athletic community. Each session includes a full movement screen, sprint assessment, and a one-on-one review of the results with a coach.
